向天怡，北京大学政府管理学院助理教授、研究员，亚利桑那州立大学博士。研究领域为应急管理、地方政府管理和组织理论，议题涉及公共组织间的协同合作、减灾实践中的公民参与及公平性问题、社区公共安全风险治理等。研究聚焦于如何通过提升公共组织的应急管理能力以及改进社会治理方式来降低风险、减少灾害、推动可持续发展。相关成果发表于Public Administration Review, Public Management Review, International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction, Environmental Science & Policy等权威学术期刊。主持北京市社科基金青年项目。获2024年中国留美公共管理学会“王闻青年学者奖”。
