教授课程

北京大学政府管理学院助理教授、研究员、博士生导师，英国剑桥大学土地经济系博士。研究领域为城市智能治理、数字治理、城市系统模拟与政策评估。著有《智能化城市管理研究：新数据、新技术与人机协同决策》（清华大学出版社，2023年），相关领域发表中英文论文40余篇，发表期刊包括Cities、Computers Environment and Urban Systems、npj Urban Sustainability、Nature Cities、《中国行政管理》等领域权威期刊，论文获评ESI高被引论文、Regional Science Policy & Practice期刊（国际区域科学协会会刊）年度最佳论文、Social Science Research Network以及SSCI期刊“近期下载量最高论文”等。主持国家自然科学基金面上与青年项目、国家社会科学基金后期资助项目、北京市社会科学基金重点项目等多项课题，并担任中国行政管理学会青年理事、中国区域科学协会理事、欧盟城市与区域联盟特聘专家等学术职务，以及北京市海淀区第十七届人大代表。
